What's included
Customers, properties & agreements
Every customer, every property they own, and the service agreements that drive the work — recurring or as-needed, with the season windows and pricing frozen when you sign them.
Scheduling & dispatch
Day-based scheduling generated from agreements, a dispatch board by crew and by week, deliberate weather moves, and a full history of every change.
Mobile field app with offline mode
Crews see today's route, start and complete jobs, and keep working without a signal. Everything syncs when the truck is back in coverage. iOS and Android.
Job photos and notes
Before-and-after photos and notes captured in the field, reviewed in the office, and attached to the job as evidence of completed work.
Estimates
Priced from your catalog, sent as a PDF with a secure link your customer can accept or decline online, then converted into agreements and jobs in one step.
Invoicing
Completed work becomes billable work; billable work becomes invoices — immediately, or batched by period. Numbered, frozen when finalized, corrected by adjustment, never edited.
Payments, including Stripe Connect
Record checks and cash, or connect your own Stripe account so customers can pay invoices online. Balances and aging update as money arrives.
Reports & exports
Receivables, schedule, completed work, crew time, estimates, and revenue — on screen, or exported to CSV and PDF for your accountant.
Questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Create an account, set up your business, and start your subscription from Settings. The first 14 days are free and every feature is included. You are not charged until the trial ends.
Is a card required to start the trial?
Yes. Checkout collects a payment card up front, through Stripe, so your service continues without interruption when the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → GroundTender subscription → Manage billing, which opens your Stripe billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
What about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes that apply to your subscription; where we are required to collect them, they appear as a separate line at checkout and on your receipt.
Who bills me?
Abacus Tech Design LLC, the company behind GroundTender, bills your subscription through Stripe. Receipts and payment history are available in your Stripe billing portal from Settings.
Do you take a cut of my customers' payments?
No. When you connect your own Stripe account, your customers pay your business directly: you are the merchant of record, Stripe's own processing fees apply between you and Stripe, and GroundTender is not a party to those payments and takes no fee on them. Check and cash payments are records you enter yourself.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. One subscription covers your whole business — every office user and every crew member, at no additional cost.
